Altior was formed in 2018, as a FinTech consultancy specialising in all aspects of the global payments ecosystem.  We recognised a need for knowledge and expertise within the payments industry, as it was becoming clear that banks, payment companies and start-ups were challenged with a lack of effective strategic direction and skill-set gaps, preventing the delivery of technological solutions to the necessary standard at pace.  

And so Altior was born, into an industry where competition is high and smaller more agile FinTechs are increasingly taking centre stage.  The need to bring solutions to market quicker has never been more important and with our collective years of experience, we’re here to help you take on the challenge. 

Since starting we’ve been instrumental in the build of three new acquiring platforms, enabled our clients to shift away from legacy technology, helped a high street bank re-enter the merchant services arena, designed the strategic redesign of a credit union, and much more.  

We believe that our extensive knowledge provides us with the clarity to present effective strategic direction and advice.  We’re passionate about leading implementation and our experience allows us to simplify the complex and provide certainty, always to the highest standards and with absolute professionalism.
